Who we are

A workshop first,a showroom second.

The Artist started as a small Dodoma workshop making furniture for neighbours who wanted something sturdier — and more personal — than what the shops had. That's still how every piece leaves here: cut, welded or painted by hand, one order at a time.

We work in wood and iron side by side — iron for gazebos, railings and garden pieces that live outside for years; solid wood for the chairs, tables and décor that fill the rooms inside. Come through the showroom and you'll usually catch something half-finished on the floor.
